Biography:

Mr. Muobosa Ogidiagba is a highly experienced real estate lawyer with over 15 years of solid law practice experience in the field. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the legal process.

About Me

Adept at developing creative legal strategies and leveraging strong analytical skills to navigate legal issues, he has successfully managed and advised on high-profile litigation and arbitration involving commercial, maritime, shipping, port operation and concession, labour and real property related issues. He is quite adept in conducting searches, title reviews and resolving title issues. This is in addition to having strong negotiation skills for drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreements. Mr. Ogidiagba knowledge of real estate law, zoning laws, property management and land use regulations has proven most invaluable to his numerous clients.

Mr. Ogidiagba was educated at the prestigious University of Benin where he bagged his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School (Abuja) and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar.
